How does the break-even day work?
It is the trip length where drive-and-park and round-trip rideshare cost the same. The calculator also shows the first whole parking day when rideshare becomes cheaper.
Does the rideshare quote include SFO fees?
Use the final fare estimate shown in your app for each direction. Check the quote details rather than adding an airport fee separately, then add only the tip you actually expect to pay.
Why is the parking default $27?
SFO currently lists a $27 maximum per 24 hours for Long-Term Parking, including taxes and fees. Replace it with the live prebooked rate or another lot's final daily cost.
